Beth began her yoga journey years ago, first practicing at home. In early 2022, she found her yoga family at Root to Rise. Beyond the incredibly welcoming community that kept her coming back, she also experienced firsthand the powerful benefits of combining yoga with her CrossFit training. The balance between strength & mobility made a huge difference in her body, deepening her appreciation for both practices. In early 2024 she pursued her 200hr yoga teacher certification through ISSA. Yoga has given her more than just physical flexibility—it has provided grounding, self-empowerment, and a deeper understanding of herself. As a teacher, her goal is to help students cultivate self-love and a deeper connection to their own bodies and minds.
